Our team will verify if the item is eligible for return, noting that roasted coffee is generally non-returnable but may qualify for a replacement or credit if quality standards aren't met.
Ship Your Item
For hardware or apparel, securely package the unused item in its original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send it back to our roastery.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
